  • Chargrilled to medium fillet mignon (300 gram) on sweet potato mash topped with a red wine, rosemary & field mushroom sauce; or
  • Whole NT Baby Barramundi oven baked served topped with a fresh tropical mango & avocado salsa or
  • Snapper or tuna steak
