Large Antipasto platter - A selection of freshly sliced continental meats, select cheese, sundried tomato & marinated vegetables with kalamata olives & homestyle bread roll.

Main Course
Guests choose one from the following
Stuffed Chicken breast with fresh herbs & wrapped in proscuitto with golden baked potatoes

Barramundi fillet on creamy mash potato with fresh tomato salsa & herb salsa verde

Char grilled to medium fillet mignon (300 gram) on sweet potato mash topped with a red wine, rosemary & field mushroom sauce

Includes continental bread rolls with butter, mixed garden salads & steamed vegetables

Dessert

Cheese Board with Fresh Seasonal Fruit - selection of brie, blu vien, smoked dutch, cheddar & crackers with fresh fruit & nuts

Pasta

  • Tortellini Alla Panna
  • Spinach & ricotta cannelloni with Napolitana sauce

Chicken

  • Moroccan spiced chicken breast on couscous finished with minted yoghurt
  • Chicken breast stuffed with baby spinach & fetta with potato mash finished with wholegrain mustard sauce
  • Whole chicken breast oven baked, stuffed with peppered brie, served on sweet potato mash with baby spinach & burre blanc

Fish

  • Pearch fillet oven baked, served topped with a fresh tropical mango & avocado salsa
  • Oven baked flathead fillet with baked polenta & semi-dried tomato burre blanc
  • Fish of the day on creamy mash potato with red salsa & herb salsa verde

Beef

  • Grain fed yearling Rump Steak with roasted potato topped with a pepper sauce
  • Porterhouse finished with fresh mushroom sauce accompanied with toasted encroute
